1. Agreement
By using LeadRelayApp services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
LeadRelayApp provides AI-assisted missed-call response workflows, SMS qualification, lead delivery, and plan-dependent reporting and portal features.
3. Plans and feature access
- Basic and Pro plan access depends on active subscription status
- Some capabilities are available only to Pro subscribers
- Plan changes can alter feature availability immediately or at renewal
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate onboarding and routing information
- Use telephony and messaging channels lawfully
- Configure forwarding in line with carrier and compliance requirements
- Protect account credentials and authorized access
5. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew by billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or defined in written agreement.
6. Limitations
LeadRelayApp is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes. Customers remain responsible for final service decisions.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadRelayApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant period.
